Woven Care, a pediatric outpatient practice, is seeking an experienced RBT to join our team in Colorado. You will run one-on-one sessions, implement individualized plans, and track progress with families, while collaborating closely with BCBA and multidisciplinary OT/PT/SLP colleagues.
This is not entry-level. You’ll contribute to real-time clinical decisions, receive strong BCBA support, a guaranteed 30 hours/week schedule Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm and Friday 8am–4pm, and growth opportunities
You know this work. You know what a strong BCBA looks like and what it feels like when support is not there. You know the difference between a caseload that is well-structured and one that is just a number. You have probably had a paycheck get smaller because a client cancelled, and you are done with that.
At Woven Care, we are a pediatric outpatient practice dedicated to helping children and families thrive. We have built an environment for experienced RBTs that takes what you already bring seriously and gives you something real to grow into.
Your day is structured around your clients, kids you know well, whose progress you are actively tracking, whose families trust you. You will run one-on-one sessions implementing individualized treatment plans, making real-time clinical decisions, and bringing the kind of skill that only comes from time in the field. This is not entry-level work done at the entry level. Your experience shows up in every session.
What makes Woven Care different is the team around you. Your BCBA is not a weekly check-in or a voice on the phone, they are present and available every day. That means real-time collaboration on programming, genuine clinical conversation, and feedback that is useful. You will also be working alongside OT, PT, and SLP colleagues who are thinking about the same kids from different clinical angles. That kind of multidisciplinary environment is something most RBTs with your experience have not had access to, and it changes how you work.
Our clinics are open Monday through Thursday from 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 4pm, and those 30 guaranteed hours per week will fall within those hours of operation. Your baseline hours do not fluctuate based on things outside your control.
Daily BCBA support, and we mean that literally
Guaranteed hours
Leadership and growth that is genuinely available
Lead RBT, Mentor RBT, QASP-S, these paths are real. If you want to mentor newer RBTs, that opportunity is here and it is something we invest in seriously. If you are pursuing your BCBA, we will support you with up to $9,000 in tuition assistance and internship access right here at Woven Care.
$21-$24/hour based on experience and certification, with a $500 sign-on bonus.
You already know this role is physical, on the floor, moving, staying responsive through full sessions, lifting and assisting clients or equipment up to 50 lbs. We are not going to oversell it or undersell it. The work is demanding and it is worth it.
At Woven Care, we've intentionally built a culture that embraces challenges: we're driven by excellence while encouraging fun (we do work with kids, after all!). We believe deeply in the day-to-day impact of our work while also providing opportunities for long-term career growth and leadership opportunities for our team members. We offer real flexibility and manageable workloads for our team, while supporting our mission through collaboration and connection. We think this is what makes Woven Care such a special place to work and why such special people choose to work with us!
