Job summary

Little Champs ABA in Utah is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. We emphasize caring for staff and clients, and provide supervision and mentorship for BCBA certification.

You will work in homes, schools, or community settings delivering ABA therapy, collecting data, and writing session notes.

This position offers competitive hourly wages of $25-$32 and opportunities for part-time or full-time hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Hourly Wages:

• $25-32/hour

Qualifications and Skills:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (required)

• High school or equivalent diploma or transcripts

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities

• Desire to learn and work independently at times

Duties of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in a variety of settings including the client’s home, school, and/or the community.

• Help learners gain life skills that will increase the learner’s independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills)

• Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors through the use of evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.

• Collect accurate data and meet data collection minimums for the services provided, as well as write detailed session notes in order to inform decisions made by BCBAs.

• Reliably attends scheduled sessions

• Participate in ongoing trainings
