Job summary

Little Champs ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our growing locally owned team. We emphasize care for staff and provide supervision and mentorship for BCBA certification. RBTs are supported and can speak with supervisors about concerns or questions.

RBTs are offered competitive wages ($22-32/hour) with benefits including Health, Dental, Vision insurance and Paid Time Off. Full Time and Part-Time positions available, with opportunities to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent or transcripts.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities.
• Desire to learn and work independently at times.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in settings including home, school, and community.
• Help learners gain life skills that increase independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional, play, vocational).
• Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate data and meet data collection minimums; write detailed session notes for BCBA decisions.
• Reliably attends scheduled sessions
• Participate in ongoing trainings

• $22-32/hour

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills:

Duties of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in a variety of settings including the client's home, school, and/or the community.
• Help learners gain life skills that will increase the learner's independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills)
• Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors through the use of evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate data and meet data collection minimums for the services provided, as well as write detailed session notes in order to inform decisions made by BCBAs.
