Job summary

Little Champs ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in Utah. We emphasize care for both clients and staff, with supervision and mentorship for those pursuing BCBA certification.

We offer top wages, paid time off, and health, dental, and vision insurance. As an RBT you will provide interactive ABA therapy in clients’ homes, schools, and communities, helping learners develop communication and daily living skills while collecting data for BCBA

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (required)
• High school or equivalent diploma or transcripts
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities
• Desire to learn and work independently at times

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in a variety of settings including the client’s home, school, and/or the community.
• Help learners gain life skills that will increase the learner’s independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills)
• Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors through evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate data and meet data collection minimums for the services provided, as well as write detailed session notes to inform decisions made by BCBAs.
• Reliably attends scheduled sessions
• Participate in ongoing trainings

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Hourly Wages:

• $25-35/hour
