In this role, you will:

• Provide ABA therapy to clients in center-based or home-based settings (training provided)
• Teach communication, social, and self-help skills to clients with autism
• Collect data to monitor progress
• Report on treatment goals regularly
• Follow all policies and procedures, including confidentiality and mandated reporting
• Maintain safety and hygiene practices, with PPE provided
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and workshops for ongoing learning

Role Details

• Availability: Evenings, Monday - Friday, 3 PM - 6 PM
• Pay: $27.00 to $28.00 per hour (based on experience) for billable hours as an RBT. Before certification, you will earn $24 per billable client hour worked, and $17.50 for non-billable hours during training and administrative tasks.
