In this role, you will:

• Provide ABA therapy to clients in center-based or home-based settings (training provided)
• Teach communication, social, and self-help skills to clients with autism in individual or small group settings
• Collect data to monitor children's progress
• Report on treatment goals regularly
• Follow all policies and procedures, including confidentiality and mandated reporting
• Maintain safety and hygiene protocols, including PPE and social distancing
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and workshops for ongoing learning

Role Details

• Availability: Monday - Friday, 1:00pm-6:00pm
• Pay: $20.00 to $22.00/hour based on experience for billable hours as an RBT

During training but before RBT certification, you will earn $18 per billable client hour. For training and administrative hours, the rate is $17 per non-billable hour.
