In this role you will:

• Provide ABA therapy to clients in center-based or home-based settings (training provided)
• Teach communication, social, and self-help skills to children with autism in individual or small group settings
• Collect data to monitor progress
• Provide regular updates on treatment goals—written and verbal
• Follow all policies and procedures, including confidentiality and mandated reporting standards
• Maintain safety and hygiene practices, with PPE provided
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
• Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops for ongoing learning

Role Details

• Availability: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm; mix of center and in-home services

• Pay: $22.50 to $24.50 per hour (experience-dependent) for billable hours as an RBT

After training, prior to RBT certification, you earn 17.5 for each billable client hour. For training and administrative time, you earn 15.5 per non-billable hour.
