In this role you will:

• Provide ABA therapy to clients in center-based or home-based settings (training provided)
• Teach communication, social, and self-help skills to clients
• Collect data to monitor progress
• Provide progress reports on treatment goals
• Follow all policies, including confidentiality and mandated reporting
• Maintain safety and hygiene practices, with PPE provided
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
• Attend training sessions to enhance your skills

Role Details

• Availability: Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:30PM
• Location: Primarily in-home with clients; reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required

• Pay: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour based on experience for billable hours as an RBT

During BT training, you will earn $18 per billable client hour. Before RBT certification, non-billable hours are paid at $16 per hour.
