In This Role You Will

• Provide ABA therapy in center or home settings (training provided)
• Teach communication, social, and self-help skills to clients with autism
• Collect data to monitor client progress
• Provide progress reports on treatment goals
• Follow all policies, including confidentiality and mandated reporting
• Maintain safety protocols, PPE use, and hygiene practices
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
• Attend trainings and workshops for professional development

Role Details

• Availability: Evenings, Monday - Friday, 1 PM - 5:30 PM; mix of center and in-home services
• Pay: $22.50 to $24.50/hour based on experience; additional pay during training and administrative hours

Once trained, but before certification, earn $19/hour per billable client hour; for training/admin work, earn $17/hour.
