Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Entry Level

In this role, you will:

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based or home-based settings (training provided)
• Teach clients communication, social, and self-help skills
• Monitor progress through data collection
• Report on treatment goals regularly
• Follow all policies, including confidentiality and mandated reporting
• Maintain safety and hygiene practices, with PPE provided
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
• Attend training and meetings for ongoing learning

Role Details

• Availability: Full day, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM
• Pay: Up to $26/hour, based on experience and progression
