Are you passionate about working with children, making a difference in their lives, and being part of a supportive team? We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our growing organization. No experience? No problem! We offer paid training to help you prepare for and earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification.

Sign-On Bonuses for all therapists that start at our Elgin location (day program) by 08/04/25!

• $400 for Behavior Technicians
• $600 for Registered Behavior Technicians

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to help them achieve their developmental goals
• Implement therapy programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Support clients and their families with compassion and dedication
• Engage in fun, rewarding activities while promoting skill-building and growth

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for working with children and families
• Dependable and reliable team players who show up ready to make a difference every day
• Open-minded individuals willing to learn and grow through constructive feedback
• A commitment to safety and a willingness to complete a background check

Basic Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 20 pounds, bend, and squat for up to an hour a day
• Ability to move quickly and follow children throughout the center, sometimes at a rapid pace

What Makes You Shine:

• A compassionate attitude and a sense of purpose in helping others
• Previous experience with children (not required but a bonus!)
• A desire to grow within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
