Crown ABA in Easton, Maryland, is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our compassionate team. As an RBT, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children, implementing treatment plans and tracking progress while collaborating with families and a supportive care team.

Qualifications

Registered Behavior Technician Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.

• Implement treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Registered Behavior Technician Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $22 - $31/hour

• Full-Time or Part-Time Available

• Flexible Shifts — We’ll work with your schedule.

• Location: Easton, Maryland 21601

• Registered Behavior Technician Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have or be willing to obtain your RBT certification.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
