Job summary

Crown ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Maryland. We provide evidence-based ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic and value collaboration with families to drive client success.

As an RBT, you will implement plans designed by a BCBA, collect data on progress, and maintain a safe, supportive therapy environment. We offer paid training, certification assistance, and flexibility in scheduling to fit your needs.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy experience or work with children is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.


• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).


• Collect and document data on client progress.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $22 - $31/hour


• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability


• Location: Severna Park, Maryland

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
