Job summary

Hannah's Gift CO seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy in Downtown Colorado Springs and Old Colorado City. You will work 1:1 with children under supervision, following individualized plans and using data-driven methods to guide progress.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, data collection, and applying behavioral strategies across homes and community settings for meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training with our support.
• Reliable personal transportation to reach client homes in downtown & Westside areas.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before start).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy following individualized treatment plans created by supervising BCBA.
• Track and record session data accurately to support data-driven treatment adjustments.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies in homes, community centers, and neighborhood parks across central Colorado Springs.
• Coach parents and caregivers on reinforcement techniques so progress continues between sessions.
• Attend regular supervision meetings and team trainings to continuously develop clinical abilities.
• Flag any concerns or breakthroughs to the BCBA promptly to keep treatment responsive and effective.

All you need:
