Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism in-home and in the community. You will work under a BCBA supervisor, collecting data and reporting progress to the care team.

Responsibilities include implementing ABA-based interventions, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with coordinators. This role offers growth opportunities and professional development within a supportive environment.

Competenze

• Must have a high school diploma or higher.
• RBT credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.

• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.

• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to monitor client progress effectively.

• Competitive Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour (pay rates commensurate with ABA experience)
