Responsible for providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals to achieve significant changes in their areas of needs and behaviors. The position involves delivering quality services under the supervision of the Clinician. Registered Behavior Technicians must maintain current certification to perform this role.

Education and Experience
Required
- High School Diploma
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required, or obtain it after hire with a 1-year commitment.
- A valid Class C (KS residents) or Class E (MO residents) driver’s license is not required to apply but must be obtained before start date.
Preferred
- At least 12 months of experience working with adults.
- At least 6 months of experience working with children with autism.
- Some college, associates, or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
Clinical Management
- Coordinate with the Lead Clinician to ensure consistency in procedures, responses, programming, and teaching principles.
- Collaborate with Tier 2/3 Clinicians on caseloads and client plans.
- Attend all required clinical meetings and trainings.
- Assist in assessments by collecting and analyzing data.
- Conduct fidelity checks on clients.
- Provide staff training on ABA and client-specific programs.
- Ensure staff have necessary tools and resources.
- Attend medical and psychological appointments as directed.
- Participate in meetings and trainings.
- Maintain advanced knowledge of ABA practices.
- Participate in on-call rotations as needed.
Program Management & Service Facilitation
- Implement daily programming per individual treatment plans.
- Work a minimum of 2 shifts per week as direct care staff.
- Follow each child's behavior plan.
- Assist in preparing programming materials.
- Ensure data collection for client programs.
- Update program binders accurately.
- Communicate with clinicians regarding observations and needs.
- Maintain a safe and engaging environment.
- Attend necessary trainings and meetings.
- Maintain proficiency in ABA.

- Participate in investigations following crises.
Additional Duties
- Perform other organizational tasks and special projects.
- File expense reports and complete time reports timely.

Pay Range: $23.44 - $27.99 per hour (for certified RBTs).
