About Nova Supports
Nova Supports is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team, working in a day clinic for ADULTS with autism. We provide in-home and in-clinic ABA services across Utah, committed to delivering competent and compassionate care to each client.

Position Overview
Compensation: $20-$23/hour once certified
Schedule:

• 7:30am - 3:30pm Monday-Friday for RBTs assisting with Transportation (must have valid driver’s license with no major traffic violations)
• 8:15am - 2:45pm Monday-Friday for RBTs not assisting with Transportation

We seek compassionate and dedicated individuals. If not yet certified, we can help you get there! In this role, you will work closely with a behavior analyst to implement personalized treatment plans for adults with autism in our clinic, making a meaningful impact in clients' lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment programs designed by a behavior analyst
• Use ABA techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
• Attend regular training and supervision sessions
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Complete the 40-hour RBT training program (provided by Nova Supports)
• Pass the RBT competency assessment and obtain certification within the designated timeframe
• Reliable transportation to clinic
• Ability to pass a background check
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and competent in working with individuals with autism
