Position Details

Requirements: Certified as a Behavior Technician or experienced working with children, willing to obtain RBT Certification.

Schedule: Daytime hours, full-time, no weekends, summer schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy in a clinic setting
• Implement treatment goals under BCBA supervision
• Communicate progress to supervisors
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills, and other goals
• Track client progress and data
• Adhere to company policies and confidentiality
• Work effectively as part of a team and independently with proper communication
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, with at least 6 months of relevant experience
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation for travel between locations

Compensation

USD $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
