Children’s Specialized ABA in Clifton, NJ seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy with children who have ASD. You will work under a BCBA, delivering individualized sessions and data-driven strategies.

We provide paid training, support to obtain RBT certification, weekly supervision, and opportunities for advancement. This on-site role emphasizes teamwork and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT certification is preferred, but not required — training provided.
• Prior experience working with children—ASD strongly preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform job duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs).

Join Us as a Part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Monday -Friday 12p-5p

As an RBT, you’ll provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. You’ll work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a collaborative care team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials

What You'll Need:

Work Location:

This position will provide services in a clinical setting at our Clifton, NJ clinic. The role involves working on-site as part of a collaborative team, with access to supervision, peer support, and clinic-based resources in a structured environment.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $20–$36 per hour.

Final compensation will be based on a range of factors, such as your skills, education, experience, certifications, market conditions, and internal equity. All offers are made in alignment with applicable federal and state laws.
