Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.

The role offers part-time, afternoon/after-school hours with flexible scheduling and competitive pay of $23–$30 per hour, plus opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health with supportive supervision.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• High school diploma is mandatory.
• At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the US.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Organized, dependable and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health and ABA.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with the clinical team.
