Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC in Portland, TN is seeking RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive team. You will follow plans set by a supervising BCBA, track client progress in session notes, and travel to client homes as needed.

The position offers part-time afternoon hours with potential to grow into full-time, plus a BCBA Fellowship Program and growth opportunities. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification from the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for working with kids.
• Previous ABA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive environment.
• Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Track and report on client progress through session notes.
• Be a consistent, positive presence in your client’s day.
• Travel to and from client homes or other designated service locations.
