Our compensation package includes competitive hourly rates ranging from $19.50 to $25 per hour depending on RBT experience and position, matching 401(k), anniversary gifts, full insurance offerings, and more.

  • We value your time- all the hours you work are paid at your regular hourly rate. We pay the same hourly rate for billable and non-billable time.
  • We know consistency is crucial and guarantee at least 30-hours per week for full time Registered Behavior Technicians with full-time availability.
  • We know rest is important and provide 15 Paid Time Off (PTO) days & 9 paid holidays per year for those who qualify.
  • We reward your dedication with an opportunity to earn a weekly attendance bonus.
  • We care about your growth and advancement- our Registered Behavior Technicians are eligible for increases in level and pay every six months with future opportunities to advance to an RBT Trainer, RBT Floater, or Advanced ABA Intern.
  • We prioritize your professional development by providing ongoing paid training, weekly group supervision meetings, and supervised experience hours required to become a BCBA.
  • We believe weekends are for fun! Our clinic is open 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday, with part-time and full-time positions available to offer flexibility to accommodate your schedule.

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will directly impact the lives of clients and their families as you implement ABA programs for children of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. Your dedication to clinical excellence will lead to the best possible outcomes and lasting change for our clients. Your intellectual curiosity will drive you to welcome ongoing support, direction, and feedback from Behavior Analysts to enhance client outcomes within a play-based and naturalistic clinic environment.

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
