Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-to-one ABA services for children with autism. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, follow a personalized treatment plan, and collect session data to help clients build meaningful skills.

Responsibilities include delivering services in various settings, implementing programs, data collection, and maintaining professional communication with caregivers and staff.

Qualificações

• Active RBT certification (BACB) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, behavior analysis helpful.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to service locations.

Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized, one-to-one ABA services to children with autism. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), follow an individualized treatment plan, collect accurate session data, and help each client build meaningful skills.

What You Will Do

• Deliver direct ABA services in the setting identified for the assigned case, which may include a home, school, clinic, or community setting.
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and complete clear, timely session notes.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.

Qualifications
