Blossom ABA Therapy LLC in Tennessee seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-to-one ABA services to children with autism under BCBA supervision.

You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and communicate with caregivers, supervisors, and staff. Travel to home, school, clinic, or community settings is required, with a focus on reliability and ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in psychology/behavior analysis helpful.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned service locations.

Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized, one-to-one ABA services to children with autism. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), follow an individualized treatment plan, collect accurate session data, and help each client build meaningful skills.

What You Will Do

• Deliver direct ABA services in the setting identified for the assigned case, which may include a home, school, clinic, or community setting.

• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as written by the supervising BCBA.

• Collect accurate data and complete clear, timely session notes.

• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.

• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.

• Follow ethical, clinical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.

• Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain consistent attendance.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification through the BACB.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or a related field is helpful.

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to assigned service locations.
