Base pay range

$19.00/hr - $26.00/hr

Job Description
  • $500 sign-on bonus for RBT-certified candidates.
  • Up to $2,000 annual bonus for consistent attendance. Fully paid training program. Guaranteed 35 hours per week. Paid daily 15-minute early arrival time.

Position Details:

This clinic-based role operates between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM. We seek a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with experience in ABA, special education, childcare, or early childhood education, dedicated to serving children with autism and their families.

Qualifications:
  • Qualified as an RBT, behavioral technician, mental health technician, or ABA therapist.
  • Experience working in related fields preferred.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Excellent attendance and work ethic.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Primarily working one-on-one with children with autism.
  • Applying naturalistic teaching strategies.
  • Collaborating with team members.
  • Engaging children in fun and educational activities.
