Requirements:

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with active certification preferred, however we are willing to offer course and training to earn the RBT certification
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to making a difference in the lives of clients


As a registered behavior technician, your responsibilities will include:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA, including positive reinforcement techniques and data collection.
  • Work one-on-one with clients in various settings, including homes, schools, and community environments.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust strategies as needed while following established protocols.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client behavior and progress.
  • Collaborate with families and other team members to provide consistent support and communication.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
  • Uphold the ethical guidelines set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
