Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) in Riverdale, GA. Starting rates: BT $22.25/hour and RBT $24.60/hour, with final compensation determined by experience and credentials.

We offer paid training through the ABA Academy of Excellence and opportunities for advancement; you will support individuals with autism, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA teams.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation, a driver's license, and car insurance for in-home services.
• Background screening and driving record must be clean.
• BT: complete 40-hour RBT training and pass exam within 45 days.
• RBT: attend required training program.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with autism in home, in the community, or in one of our new centers.
• Teach daily living skills and social skills using evidence-based treatments.
• Collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data during sessions.
• Collaborate and participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training.
• Implement training and therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, and staff to support client needs.
• Performs other clerical and administrative duties as assigned to support operations.

What You'll Do

Education/Experience and Other Requirements

• High-school diploma or equivalent
• Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays
• Consistent, reliable transportation, a driver's license, and car insurance to provide in-home services for clients
• Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
• BT: Ability to attend our 40-hour RBT training course and be eligible to pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire
• RBT: Ability to attend required training program
