ABA Centers of Pennsylvania in Langhorne, PA is hiring part-time RBT/BT staff. Starting rates are $24.60 per hour for RBT and $22.25 per hour for BT, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education. A $500 RBT referral bonus and a $5,000 BCBA referral bonus are offered.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles)
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review

Preferred

• Experience in childcare, education, or related fields
• Experience working with children or adolescents
• Prior exposure to ABA services

Position-Specific

• Behavior Technician (BT): Complete a 40-hour paid training program over 2 consecutive weeks (at the same rate of pay), followed by precepting (hands‑on supervision), and pass the RBT exam within 45 days (up to 3 weeks total)
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Active certification in good standing; 1 week of paid training followed by precepting (hands‑on supervision) (up to 2 weeks total)
• Training availability (BT / RBT): Must be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
