ABA Centers of Pennsylvania is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) for full-time work in Downingtown, PA. Starting pay is $24.60/hour for RBT and $22.25/hour for BT, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.
We provide paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement through our ABA Academy of Excellence, including support to pass the RBT exam.
