ABA Centers of New Jersey is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) for full-time work in West Orange, NJ. The role involves delivering ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics and supporting BCBA-supervised treatment plans.
Starting rates are $24.60/hour for RBTs and $22.25/hour for BTs, with final compensation based on experience and credentials. Paid training, mentorship, and a clear path to RBT certification are provided through our ABA Academy of
