Job summary
ABA Centers of America in Milford, MA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians (BT) to provide in-home, school, and community ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. The starting pay ranges are $23.50 per hour for RBT and $21.25 per hour for BT, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

Responsibilities
- Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
- Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
- Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
- Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
- Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
- Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
- Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.

- Experience in childcare, education, or related fields
- Experience working with children or adolescents
- Prior exposure to ABA services
- Behavior Technician (BT): Complete a 40-hour paid training program over 2 consecutive weeks (at the same rate of pay), followed by precepting (hands-on supervision), and pass the RBT exam within 45 days (up to 3 weeks total)
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Active certification in good standing; 1 week of paid training followed by precepting (hands-on supervision) (up to 2 weeks total)
- Training availability (BT / RBT): Must be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Structured growth to RBT Level 2 and Level 3 ($1/hour pay increase per level upon competency completion).
- Apprenticeship program: training and supervision hours provided.
