Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Braintree, MA is hiring for a Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT). The role offers hands-on ABA therapy in various settings and opportunities for paid training and mentorship as you work toward RBT certification.

You will support clients under BCBA supervision, document progress, and participate in team trainings to ensure quality care. Compensation includes paid training and growth pathways within the ABA program.

What You'll Do

Direct Client Support

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required

• High school diploma or GED
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles)
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review

Preferred

• Experience in childcare, education, or related fields
• Experience working with children or adolescents
• Prior exposure to ABA services

Position-Specific Items

• Behavior Technician (BT):Complete a 40-hour paid training program over 2 consecutive weeks (at the same rate of pay), followed by precepting (hands-on supervision), and pass the RBT exam within 45 days (up to 3 weeks total)
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):Active certification in good standing; 1 week of paid training followed by precepting (hands-on supervision) (up to 2 weeks total)
• Training availability (BT / RBT):Must be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
