Job summary

Achieve ABA Therapy Group is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) for after-school, part-time positions. You will provide one-to-one ABA therapy, collaborate with BCBA supervisors, and support children in developing communication and social skills.

We offer BCBA mentorship, monthly training, flexible scheduling, PTO, mileage reimbursement, a $500 sign-on bonus after 180 billable hours, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision

Qualifications

• Must hold current RBT certification and be eligible to work as an RBT.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Passion for working with children and individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to build rapport, engage clients, and make learning fun.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy to help children develop communication, social, play, daily living, and independence skills.
• Work closely with families and supervising BCBA to support each child’s growth.
• Celebrate progress and ensure ongoing growth within a BCBA-led team.
