What You’ll Do:
  • Work directly with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to help them achieve their developmental goals
  • Implement therapy programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Support clients and their families with compassion and dedication
  • Engage in fun, rewarding activities while promoting skill-building and growth
What We’re Looking For:
  • Passion for working with children and families
  • Dependable and reliable team players who show up ready to make a difference every day
  • Open-minded individuals willing to learn and grow through constructive feedback
  • A commitment to safety and a willingness to complete a background check
Basic Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds, bend, and squat for up to an hour a day
  • Ability to move quickly and follow children throughout the center, sometimes at a rapid pace
What Makes You Shine:
  • A compassionate attitude and a sense of purpose in helping others
  • Previous experience with children (not required but a bonus!)
  • A desire to grow within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
