About the Role

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA Therapist / Behavior Therapist. Salary: $39,520 to $52,000 per year, depending on experience. Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Location: 1550 N Brown Road, Suite 100, Lawrenceville, GA 30043.

Apollo Behavior is a Behavioral Health Center of Excellence that provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) services for children with autism in the metro Atlanta area. The team focuses on a collaborative, non‑bureaucratic culture with a healthy work‑life balance. RBTs receive on‑the‑job training and earn a $500 bonus while becoming certified within 3‑4 weeks.

Description of the Day

• Implement treatment goals and behavior intervention plans under the direction of Behavior Analysts.
• Collect data throughout the day and provide feedback to the Case Supervisor.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to children with autism, making the sessions fun and engaging.
• Write summaries and progress reports for each child.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher.
• Basic understanding of technology (iPads, Microsoft Office).
• Ability to be coached and model positive behavior for young children.
• Physically able to walk, jog, or run short distances, stand for a minimum 15 minutes, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Open to learning Applied Behavior Analysis; no prior experience required.
• Willingness to pass safety checks for potential allergens.
