Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) – ABA Centers of Georgia
Full‑time
Buckhead, GA
Starting rate: $24.50/hr for BT, $26/hr for RBT
Annual salary range: $50,960.00/yr

What You’ll Do

• Support individuals with autism in the home, community, or new centers
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence‑based treatments
• Collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data during sessions
• Participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training
• Implement training and therapy sessions designed by a BCBA
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, and executive leadership
• Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• High‑school diploma or equivalent
• Availability during after‑school hours, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance for in‑home services
• Clean background, drug screening, and driving record
• BT: Ability to complete a 40‑hour RBT training course and pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire
• RBT: Ability to complete required training program
