WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS A REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT) / BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN

  • Taking and graphing data to document success stories
  • Providing direct one-on-one naturalistic play-based therapy in-clinic
  • Implementing specified programs and procedures
  • Communicating regularly and professionally with your Program Supervisor
  • Attending team meetings and trainings
  • Engaging positively with families daily
  • Advancing your career!

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT) / BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or in progress) in Psychology, Special Education, Speech, or a related field (preferred)

Qualifications

Starting Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
