Princeton Staffing Solutions is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or Behavior Technicians (BTs) to work in public school districts supporting students with Autism and behavioral needs. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to improve student behavior and learning outcomes.

The role involves 1:1 behavioral support, implementation of BIPs, data collection, and collaboration with the school team.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's preferred).
• Completion of 40-hour RBT training from an approved provider.
• Successful completion of the RBT Competency Assessment.
• RBT Certification from the BACB.
• Experience working with children with Autism or behavioral challenges is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow a behavior plan with consistency, compassion, and accuracy.
