Pay: $23.00 – $33.00 per hour (based on experience & certification)

What You'll Do:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement behavior plans tailored to each child's goals.
• Accurately collect and record behavior and progress data.
• Prepare session notes and documentation that meet insurance requirements.
• Communicate effectively with families and supervisors.
• Attend regular training and clinical supervision sessions.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (required)

RBT certification or willingness to become certified within 90 days (we provide support)

Experience working with children, especially those with autism (preferred)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Reliable transportation to travel between client locations
