WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS A REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT) / BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN
Taking and graphing data to document success stories
Direct one on one naturalistic play based therapy in-clinic
Implementing specified programs/procedures
Communicating regularly and professionally with your Program Supervisor
Attending team meetings and trainings
Daily positive engagement with families

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AREGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT) / BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN
Someone that has a passion for helping those with autism
Someone that wants to be a lifelong learner
Someone that wants to be a part of a great team and work with motivated professionals
Bachelor’s Degree (or in progress) in the area of Psychology, Special Education, Speech, or a related field preferred
Someone who is dependable, creative, innovative, and energetic!
