Qualifications

  • Certification as RBT, BCAT, or ABAT is required.
  • Experience with adults with disabilities and behavior management is essential.
  • CPR certification and recent TB clearance needed.

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and monitor client progress.
  • Assist clients in everyday activities including hygiene and meal prep.
  • Provide transportation to clients and collaborate with caregivers.

Skills

Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities
Managing severe challenging behaviors
Ability to pass a criminal background check

Education

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT), or Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT)
Current CPR or BLS certification

Base pay range

$22.00/hr - $27.00/hr

Join Us as an RBT

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you’ll provide hands-on support to clients while helping to implement thoughtful, individualized care rooted in respect, dignity, and real-world goals.

What You'll Do

  • Under the supervision of a behavior analyst and our clinical team, you will effectively implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and will collect and record data to monitor progress
  • You will aid clients with everyday activities that include light housekeeping, meal preparation, running errands, and helping to create or provide personal hygiene routines
  • You will assist with medication administration and provide transportation to clients when needed
  • You will actively seek clinical direction from your supervisor in a timely manner and collaborate with parents/caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure consistency and continuity of care during and outside of sessions
  • You will adhere to ethical guidelines regarding professional conduct and scope of practice




What You Bring

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT), Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT) or similar Behavior Intervention certification
  • Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities and managing severe challenging behaviors
  • A valid Driver’s License, personal vehicle, and insurance.
  • Current CPR or BLS certification - we can provide you with resources to complete this
  • Recent TB Clearance - we can provide you with resources to complete this
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
