Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy in Barre, MA is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support clients with ABA-based interventions. You will work under a BCBA supervision to implement programs and collect progress data.

You'll provide one-on-one therapy, help develop and adjust behavior plans, and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills while collaborating with families and the clinical team.

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a BCBA.

  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using ABA techniques.
  • Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
  • Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
