Breakthrough ABA is seeking Arabic-speaking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our in-home and center-based teams in the Greater Houston area, Cypress, TX, and Beaumont. Fluency in spoken Arabic is required to support communication with Arabic-speaking clients and their families.

We offer full-time and part-time roles with flexible schedules, paid training, RBT certification assistance, ongoing mentorship, and career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in spoken Arabic and able to communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking clients and their families.
• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Experience working with children; experience with special needs is a plus.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and team-oriented mindset.
• Must pass a background check.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance.
• Willingness to travel to assigned client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Communicate effectively in Arabic with assigned Arabic-speaking clients and their families.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and report data on target behaviors.
• Participate in behavior management programming.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $17.00-$23.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday; flexible shifts based on your availability
• Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
• Locations: Greater Houston Area, Beaumont, and Cypress, TX
• Language Requirement: Fluency in spoken Arabic is required

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:
