Chatter Academy, a specialized communication program within Chatterbox Therapy Center, is seeking a dedicated RBT who embodies our core values of grit, adaptability, positive impact, and compassion.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality support for children with complex communication needs. Due to our individualized approach, the caseload is 1-2 children, allowing for focused, personalized intervention. In addition to RBT responsibilities, the candidate will serve as a paraprofessional within the academy, supporting learning and communication development throughout the school day.

Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

Support communication development, including AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) use.

Assist in classroom activities, ensuring student engagement and success.

Collect data and provide feedback on student progress.

Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure consistency in care.

Adapt to evolving student needs with compassion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

Active RBT certification required.

Experience working with children with autism and/or complex communication needs preferred.

Ability to integrate compassion and grit into daily work.

Strong adaptability in dynamic learning environments.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
