Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy LLC in Provo, UT seeks an afternoon Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes across Provo, helping children build communication, social, and daily living skills.

This role offers steady afternoon hours, a pay range of $22–$27 per hour based on experience, and strong supervision from a BCBA, with paid time off and pathways to RBT certification for career growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification, or willingness to get certified with our support.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance
• Able to sit on the floor, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable using a tablet for data collection
• A genuine passion for working with kids
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy following your BCBA's treatment plan
• Teach new skills through play-based and structured activities
• Record session data on a tablet
• Support parent training so progress carries over at home
• Follow behavior plans and safety protocols

Location: Provo, UT (In-Home)

Schedule: Monday through Friday afternoons, based on your caseload

Most of the kids we serve are in school during the day, which makes afternoons the heart of ABA therapy. As an afternoon Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Aviation ABA Therapy, you will work 1:1 with children in their homes across Provo, helping them build communication, social, and everyday living skills. It is a great fit for college students, parents with free mornings, or anyone who wants steady part time hours doing work that matters.
