Job summary

Amaze ABA Therapy - Maryland is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in Baltimore, Maryland. In this role, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism, following treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.

You will collect data to track progress and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure consistent, high-quality support. You will be supported with ongoing supervision, training, and professional development to help you grow and feel confident in your work,

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism.
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Track progress through accurate data collection and share updates with the clinical team.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will work directly with children diagnosed with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that supports their growth, independence, and everyday skills. You will follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA and help bring those plans to life through structured, hands-on therapy sessions. This includes supporting skill development, helping reduce challenging behaviors, and encouraging positive daily routines.

A key part of your role will also include tracking progress through accurate data collection and staying connected with your clinical team to ensure each child is receiving consistent, high-quality support.
