Job summary

Storybook ABA is seeking dedicated RBTs to support in-home and community-based ABA therapy. You will collect behavior and skill data, stay goal-oriented, and maintain professional communication with families and teammates.

Flexible, part-time schedule with on-the-road work routes. RBT certification required; we offer paid training, competitive hourly rates, bonuses, and opportunities to advance in the ABA field while balancing your real work-life schedule.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• Experience with home or community ABA preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Personal transportation with a reliable vehicle.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to achieve outcomes.
• Experience in ABA or with children with autism preferred.
