Job summary

Storybook ABA in Maryland is seeking energetic RBTs for part-time, on-the-road positions delivering in-home and community-based ABA therapy. You will collect data and support skill acquisition with families.

Enjoy flexible hours, competitive pay from $22 to $30 per hour, and benefits such as health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and college partnerships. RBT certification is required, and you will work with a collaborative team of BCBAs to foster growth.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required and active.

Responsibilities for our RBTs/Registered Behavior Technicians:

• Provide in-home, and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
• Excellent time management skills
• Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes
• Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism
