Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings, delivering high-quality ABA therapy.

You will implement plans designed by BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families to support skill development while maintaining a safe, engaging environment. This role offers growth opportunities and strong clinical support.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligible to obtain it.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
