Blue Gems ABA seeks an RBT to provide high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized intervention plans and collect progress data under BCBA supervision.

Ideal candidates will hold an active RBT certification or be eligible to obtain one, have a valid driver''s license, and bring strong communication and teamwork skills to support meaningful outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.

Job Responsibilities

As an RBT at Blue Gems ABA, you will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
